Year Of The Affiliate eBook Version 2.0 is officially released!

I have had a busy, fun and exciting few days! It all began last week on Thursday when I spent 3 hours and carefully wrote out my Scholarship application to the Year Of The Affiliate (YOTA) Forum.

I then continued reading the Year of the Affiliate eBook and learning heaps as I read. One of the things that I appreciate about the author of the eBook, Sean Rasmussen, is that he presents the information so that even the beginner Internet Marketer can take the information and then apply it.

I have been an Internet Marketer now for coming up to a couple of years and yet each day I continue to learn more and more and refine my skills. I love it when I can learn extra tips for tools that I already use! For instance, I am learning how to use Google Reader to help to SEO my websites and to give me more backlinks to my sites. Something so simple and yet so impacting!

Sean Rasmussen’s “Turn Your Passion Into Dollars” Webinar

On Monday night this week I attended Sean’s webinar speaking about the release of the Year of the Affiliate eBook 2.0 and about the YOTA forum. At the end of the webinar Sean announced the winners of the Scholarship to the YOTA forum for 12 months along with other bonuses.

Initially, Sean was going to provide 3 scholarships, but after he received many hundreds of applications for the scholarship, Sean decided to up this to 10 scholarships! That is another thing that I have seen from Sean over the 20 months that I have known him. Sean has a generous heart and spirit and always goes above and beyond what he promises!

So then the list of names came up on the computer screen in the webinar. I felt so excited and nervous that I could not look at the screen. Instead my husband looked and said, “Leanne, your name is there!”

The “Matt” Dance

I excitedly looked and saw my name at position 3 in the list of names! I got up and did the Matt dance around the lounge-room.
(You probably have heard of Matt. If not then go to Youtube and type in “Matt video” or “Where is Matt”. You will then find some videos of Matt traveling around the world dancing in many different towns and countries! His video always blesses me and makes me smile.)

So now I am not only reading Sean Rasmussen’s great eBook on learning how to be a successful Internet Marketer through affiliate marketing, but I am also enjoying his training videos and resources in the YOTA forum!

There was one thing that Sean asked of each of the winners. He asked us to commit to give $1,000 to a charity of our choice once we earn $10,000 through the strategies in his YOTA eBook and forum.

My Commitment To Give To Compassion

I do not want to wait until we earn $10,000! I commit now, before each one reading this Blog, that as soon as we hit our first $1,000 through Sean’s strategies and training from the YOTA eBook and forum, to give 10% ($100) to Compassion international. We will ear-mark our donation specifically for their work in Gulu, Uganda – to counsel and help the ones who used to be child-soldiers in the jungles around Gulu.

Our commitment then is to continue to tithe at least 10% from each $1,000 earned to this and others of our favorite charities. Our passion to Make a Difference in the World will continue to be scaled up as our income increases. I am excited to see this happen and indeed make the world a better place and to Empower many to be all that they can be and to also make a difference in their world!
